Hi everyone. Are you ready for Shooting Sports to start up again? I know I am :)
Make sure you check in there for updates on all things Weld County shooting sports.
Just a few important reminders. Safety day is mandatory for anyone competing in a new discipline this year. There are two dates for safety day; March 5th at Island Grove and April 2nd at Keenesburg Fairgrounds.
Hunter safety is required to compete at County shoot. Please check in with the office or your local rec center for upcoming dates.
We need certified instructors! We have a lot of kids participating in shooting sports, in order to run practices at all of the ranges we need parents to help out. Go and get certified to instruct in your child's discipline or another that you are interested in. There is an upcoming certification in Loveland, April 8th-10th. You can find registration info on the Colorado Shooting Sports website.
